Garden Villa Hotel Guanfang

This is actually more than a 5* first class hotel.
It is a resort hotel with a huge garden surrounding it. All the houses are wrapped with lush vegetation, lakes and magnificent fountains.
The premises are closed by a fence which makes it private and keeps intruders off.
The hotel is also unique in the fact that all the houses are built and designed in the local Naxi style (2-storied villas) so that the resort is completely at-one with the nature around it.
Villa B – each building is divided into units of 4 or 5 bedrooms in addition to a large lounge area and a kitchenette. Each room has a private modern bathroom.
There is a housekeeper present all day long ready to accommodate the guests.
Large family guests or parties of friends can occupy units with several rooms.
In some of the villas there are also suites.
Villa A – includes two storied buildings with 24 rooms – all facing a magnificent inner garden.
Each room has a direct access door to the garden.
All rooms have private modern bathrooms.
There is a housekeeper present all day long ready to accommodate the guests.

"Kashrut" and "Hashgaha"
Hashgaha will be supervised by Rabbi Sam Kassin Shlita.
A team of assistant "mashgichim" will arrive to the hotel previous to the guests&lsquo
arrival and perform all necessary preparations for Pesach "hechsher".
Food products will have a BADATZ "hechsher".
We will not serve any "kitniot" or any other food that contains "kitniot".
Catering
Cooking and food preparation
All meals will be cooked by a Jewish Shabat observant chef conducted by Malcolm Green Catering and the kitchen team will be Jewish "shomrey torah and mitzvot".
The dining room – The Congress Hall of the hotel - will serve as our dining room for all the meals during the holiday.
It will be exclusively for our use and will undergo special cleaning and preparation previous to the guests’ arrival.
The kitchen – two of the numerous kitchens of the hotel will be allocated to our exclusive use (one meat and one dairy) and will have no contact with the personnel of the general kitchens.
The kitchens will undergo the special “heksher” for Pessach by professional “mashgiach kashrut” who will stay at the hotel throughout our stay.
The Synagogue – One of the most splendid halls of the hotel will function as the synagogue during the entire duration.
