This past Pesach we were blessed to have an incredible culinary team and B"H this year we are upping the ante. We are proud to announce that last years Pesach's executive chef and some of his team members will be returning to us at the Bonaventure Resort & Spa and will woo our guests with distinctive flair and outstanding savory delights. Our additions this year are second to none. We welcome a 5-Star team of veteran chefs who have worked at some of the most famous 5-Star Resorts and restaurants. Making it to the culinary elite, these chefs have been shaped by the inimitable world renowned culinary arts college of "Le Cordon Bleu" which is considered to be the guardian of French Culinary Technique that continue to preserve and pass on the mastery and appreciation of the culinary arts that have been the cornerstone of French cuisine.

We also serve the best non-gebrokt matzoh balls, pancakes, pizza and pasta you have ever tasted. You'll have to keep reminding yourself that it's not Chometz.
Rabbi Manish Spitz from Miami Beach, formerly from Lakewood, NJ and has been the RavHamachshir for this Pesach program for many years. Rabbi Spitz works full time for some of the largest kashrus organizations and continues to lecture on kashrus topics in many communities.

Srully Wulliger will be joining and entertaining us for the Entire Yom Tov
While Srully has released eleven solo albums in the past fifteen years, including the ever popular Carlebach Friday night series, he has actually been recording since his days as a star soloist for the AmudaiShaish Boys Choir at the young age of nine. Srully's childhood career also featured performances on three of the well known 613 Torah Avenue albums and a solo Yiddish children's album titled Kindervelt. While Srully was one of the top voices in AmudaiShaish Boys Choir, Yerachmiel Begun, the world famous director and composer of Miami Boys Choir asked Srully to contribute vocals for one of the songs on his KlalYisroel Together album as well, singing the song The GedolaiHador, which commemorated the passing of two great Jewish rabbinic leaders of our generation, Rabbi Moshe Feinstein and Rabbi Yaakov Kaminetzky. |

Ben Cohen the Magician is the ultimate entertainer and will woo our guests with his performances including Children's Shows, Mind Reading, Walk-around magic, Close-up Show, Teach-in for children, Origami workshop, Balloon Animal Workshop, Juggling Workshop and so much more. You won't want to miss his lecture sessions which are extremely intriguing, informative and filled with humor. Ben Cohen has been performing for audiences across the United States and abroad for over 13 years. In 2001, he was awarded the Grand Prize of "Magician of the Year" in a contest of skill sponsored by the New York chapter of the International Brotherhood of Magicians. As a magician distinguished amongst his peers, he was selected to work as a consultant to David Copperfield for his network TV special. Most recently, he acted as a consultant for magicians on several TV shows, including "America's Got Talent" on NBC, "Gamekillers" on MTV, "The Today Show" on NBC, and "The Early Show" on CBS. He also consulted to a magician in a live show, called "The Most Interesting Show in the World 2010" sponsored by Dos Equis Beer. Currently, Ben is consulting for an off Broadway Magic/Illusion show in the "Time Scare" theater and will be joining this program for the entire Pesach at the Bonaventure Resort & Spa.
Ben Cohen the Magician is the only full-time, professional Orthodox Jewish magician in the world. He spends the entire year entertaining at hotels, private parties, Bar Mitzvah weekends, schools, shul functions. camps, Yeshivas and Day schools. As one of our in-house entertainers, his talents keep everyone, young and old entertained.

Rabbi Aubrey Hersh
Rabbi Aubrey Hersh was born and raised in the UK and is currently senior lecturer and projects director at the JLE - London. He learnt at Yeshivos in Gateshead & Yerushalayim and then took up a position in the advertising industry for 5 years. Since 1996 he has been teaching in the UK, primarily at the JLE. He specialises in History, Philosophy, Current Affairs & Halacha and brings an unusual dynamism and breadth to these topics.
Rabbi Hersh has also lectured in various locations around the world, including Israel, Switzerland, France, Canada, USA, Hungary and Germany. |

He has been asked to appear on UK National TV for BBC's The Big Questions and is currently writing a book tying together trends in History into modern-day life. He was also editor of the '60 Days for 60 Years' book series on the Holocaust & Israel.
Starting in 2003 he became involved in Holocaust education and over the last decade has led over 60 history & heritage tours to Poland, Prague, Budapest, Venice & Paris, working closely with the Imperial War Museum, Sir Martin Gilbert & Father Patrick Desbois.
