This program is under the strictest Rabbinic Supervision. We serve 100% Glatt Kosher, Cholov Yisroel & Shmurah Matzoh. Bait Yosef with Bishul Yisroel is also available in the DoubleTree.
The Sheraton, Parsippany NJ is under the exclusive supervision of Rabbi Daniel Szmerla from Monsey, NY, formerly from Lakewood, NJ. Rabbi Szmerla is a Magid Shiur in Yeshiva Kollel Ohr Yisroel in Monsey and is an authority and involved in kashrus throughout the year. He has been the Rav Hamachshir by Greenwald Caterers Pesach programs for many years.
References for Rabbi Szmerla: Rabbi Yosef Eisen (Vaad of 5 Towns) and Rabbi Zecharyeh Adler (Kahila Flatbush).
We also serve the best non-gebrokt matzoh balls, pancakes, pizza and pasta you have ever tasted. You’ll have to keep reminding yourself that it’s not Chometz.
