THE NEVELE GRANDE's reputation as the foremost Catskill Mountain resort, completely kosher for Passover, is world renowned. This 430 room facility has the proper Yom Tov atmosphere for the Passover holiday, and our programs and activities are of the best available. This 700 acre resort contains a vast array of recreational facilities, both indoor and outdoor, assuring our guests a wonderful time regardless of the weather.
Indoors, the facility includes a tropical pool complex, 5 tennis courts, racquetball courts, totally renovated men's and women's health club and fitness center (sauna, steam room, etc.), 18-hole miniature golf, video game arcade, ping pong and much more. Outdoors, you can enjoy 10 tennis courts (6 lit for night play), 27-hole P.G.A. golf course, horseback riding, boating, covered skating ring, shuffleboard, basketball, volleyball and paddleball to name just a few.
Star-studded live entertainment, exciting children's day camp, teen and singles' programs and daily Israeli dancing are only some of the constant activities featured. Our traditional Orthodox Synagogue services, classes and lectures have delighted our guests over the years. The large number of participants attending our lectures is an indication of their quality and appreciation.
Once again we are proud to announce that Greenwold Caterers, one of America's premier Glatt Kosher caterers, will be providing the sumptuous cuisine. Their participation is your assurance of an incomparable Passover culinary experience. The spectacular multi-choice menus, lavish kiddushim and tea rooms will be a treat that will absolutely delight you. Once again, our program will be under National Kashruth (NK) Glatt Supervision.

The Nevele Grande will be under the supervision of National Kashruth, Rabbi Yakov Lipschutz, President.
The two decades of kashruth experience and expertise of Rabbi Lipschutz enables us to assure our clientele that every aspect of kashruth is meticulously adhered to. Rabbi Lipschutz enjoys a worldwide reputation in every phase of kashruth activity. He combines a thorough knowledge of halacha with an in-depth familiarity in the specialized field of hotel and institutional kitchen management. He has authored books and lectured extensively on the subject of kashruth.
Rabbi Lipschutz is a graduate of Yeshiva Torah Vodaath and Beis Medrash Elyon Kollel of Lakewood, and is a musmach of the famed and revered gaon, Rabbi Dr. Yoseph Breuer, z’tzl.
A full time staff of competent mashgichim will work under National Kashruth, supervising the koshering, food preparation and food service.
