Each room has private balcony with garden or ocean view, spacious bathrooms with a bathtub, air conditioned, LCD cable tv, WiFi connection, king or two full size beds, mini bar, security box, night tables and resting chairs, iron with iron board with prior request, phone, closet, laundry service and concierge. While not all our rooms have ocean views, stay delighted from your balcony with views to the fauna and wildlife of Manuel Antonio National Park and not be surprised if you watch a monkey while taking breakfast.

Special Guest Rabbi Alan Kalinsky- The perfect addition to a Passover in paradise, will act as our on-site Rabbi leading our communal Seders including special lecture series.
Rabbi Alan Kalinsky serves as the West Coast Director for the Orthodox Union. In his capacity, he serves as a mentor to Rabbis and a liaison to congregations that are members of the Orthodox Union. In addition to his organizational and administrative work with the Orthodox Union, Rabbi Kalinsky serves as a Rabbinic Field Representative for the OU Kashrut Division. Prior to assuming his position on the West Coast, Rabbi Kalinsky served in several congregations on the East Coast and most recently served as the Rabbi of the Young Israel of North Beverly Hills.
In 2002, Rabbi Kalinsky retired having served in the U.S. Air Force Reserve as a Chaplain for twenty-eight years, retiring with the rank of Lt. Colonel. |

Dining & Kashrut
Meals: Unique to Passover Program is the ability to prepare a delicious Glatt kosher for Pesach cuisine in exotic destinations off the beaten path under strict supervision. Our master chefs specialize in nutritious well balanced and beautifully prepared and presented meals. We take full advantage of our natural surroundings; in Costa Rica our menus are reflective of the local cuisine including using a large variety of the areas world renowned fresh fruits and vegetables.
Snacks: Special snack times will be designated throughout the day offering a large variety of local fresh tropical fruits, juices, snacks and baked goods.
Kashrut & Supervision: All food and standards for the program will be Glatt Kosher Le Pesach, all wine will be Mevushal, plus Shmura Matzo will be made available. Supervision will be under the auspices of the local Centro Israelita Sionista & Rabbi Gershon Miletski supported by certified masgichim from the United States. Seders: Seders will be semi-private family style and take place in the main dining area. Individuals or couples not traveling with a family unit will have the opportunity to take part in the communal Seder. Imagine experiencing a Seder in the open air dining area with the sounds of exotic birds, monkeys and the ocean as your backdrop, adding to a truly unique Passover experience.
