Two dedicated and beautifully appointed dining rooms provide your family with the option of partaking of a communal seder conducted by our rabbis, or having a private seder in keeping with your family's cherished traditions.

Whichever you choose – or alternating between the two – no detail is overlooked. The tables are impeccably set with superb linens, quality china, spotless crystal, formal flatware and fresh-cut flowers. Quality Haggadas, beautiful matzah covers, and hand-made shmurah matzah are, of course, standard. The wine cellar is fully stocked with our sommelier's hand-picked selection of award-winning California and imported wines all of which are standard with your meals.

The seder meals are unforgettable – a fusion of haute-cuisine and traditional favorites refined and meticulously executed by St. Regis master chefs who receive special training in Passover food preparation.

Each Glatt Kosher and Cholov Yisroel meal during your Passover stay is freshly prepared using only the finest, freshest ingredients under the strict rabbinic supervision. The menu for each meal throughout your stay is a tour-de-force of creativity and selection, including a range of entrees to delight every palate. The Tea Room
