This exclusive (entire resort is kosher for Passover) Passover at Flamingo offers an extensive variety of services in your all-inclusive vacation, including delicious Glatt Kosher Le Pesach meals prepared under strict supervision, Seders, on-site naturalists & historians for bird watching and lectures, 4-days of guided adventures during Chol Hamoed, comfortable rooms, most with stunning ocean and pool views, and a kids’ club, all set against the captivating backdrop of tropical wildlife & scenery. Numerous optional adventures are available from the resort including the best scuba diving in Costa Rica, sport fishing, exciting rainforest adventure tours, snorkeling trips and kayaking.
All rooms have air conditioning, cable TV, telephones, safe deposit boxes, hair dryers, and private terraces or balconies (pool view and suites.).

Dining & Kashrut
Meals: Unique to this program is the ability to prepare delicious Glatt kosher for Pesach cuisine in exotic destinations off the beaten path under strict supervision. Our master chefs specialize in nutritious well balanced and beautifully prepared and presented meals. We take full advantage of our natural surroundings; in Costa Rica our menus are reflective of the local cuisine including using a large variety of the area's world-renowned fresh fruits and vegetables.
Snacks: Snacks will be offered throughout the day and evening including a large variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, specialty salads and desserts.
Kashrut & Supervision: All food and standards for the program will be Glatt Kosher le-Pesach, all dairy will be Cholov Yisroel, all wine will be Kosher le-Pesach, plus Shmura Matzo will be made available. For supervision, we will use the auspices of the local rabbinate plus certified masgichim from the United States.
