Community Seder
You may wish to be part of the community Seder and share with fellow guests in a most heimishe atmosphere, where the group Seder is beautifully conducted by our cantor alongside the Rabbi.

Semi-Private Seder
Or you may opt for the semi-private Seder, where you are in a different ballroom with other guests, but you conduct your Seder as you wish, with whom you wish, at the pace you wish.

Private Seder
Or you may reserve your very own private room exclusively for your family and/or friends.

New York's most elegant kosher caterers, will once again be joining us in Puerto Rico. Their participation will be your assurance of an exceptional Passover cuisine to cherish. Known for creative presentations and unique cuisines, their own experienced staff of specialty chefs together with the Gran Melia Golf Resort’s award-winning international chefs and cooking staff, will provide the ultimate in Glatt Kosher cuisine.

Under strict rabbinical Orthodox supervision, our newly selected staff of chefs will produce lavish gourmet meals in our own fully-dedicated kitchen. Along with the three daily gourmet meals, which will appeal to the palette of everyone's taste, there will be the most lavish tea room packed with an abundance of the most desirable fruits, nuts, and nosherie -- for both the nobblers with the sweet tooth and those conscious of a healthy snack. All ages will flock to the tea room, and young ones will have their own favorites treats there, as well as on the extensive children's menus.

As guests have come to expect, we use only the finest Glatt Kosher meats and Cholov Yisroel dairy products. We will supply Shmura matzos, and a delightful assortment of imported kosher wines, liquors, cordials, not to mention sodas, juices and bottled water. A magnificent array of international and local specialties, as well as some traditional favorites, await your dining pleasure.
