On-Board Kosher Dining in a Class of Its Own. All meat is Glatt kosher. Our Kosher kitchen is under the full time supervision of a team of mashgichim whom we bring on-board, headed by our resident cruise Rav Mashgiach.
Your additional Jewish needs have also all been catered for, including stimulating Jewish entertainment and lectures, daily Minyanim, Shiurim and on-board rabbi to assist where needed.
Rabbi Ori Einhorn who joined in 2006 as Rav Hamachshir on a number of cruises will be the Rabbinical Director and Rav Hamachshir on this cruise. Rabbi Einhorn, musmach of Yeshivat Har Eztion (Alon Shevut - Israel) and graduate of Yeshivat Hesder 'Yamit', is certified by the Rabbinate of Israel and is a member of the Rabbinical Council of America.
A qualified Shochet and a dynamic teacher, Rabbi Einhorn has served as spiritual leader and educator in Israel, Russia, South Africa and Hong Kong where as certified Mashgiach he was also responsible for the Kashrut and supervision in restaurants and catering facilities.
Rabbi Einhorn is the founder and executive director of the Kehillot organization which creates communal structures in order to educate towards a better future between secular and religious Jews in Israel.
